Elysee Development Corp. (the “Company”) announces that it has changed its corporate name from “Alberta Star Development Corp.” to “Elysee Development Corp.”. The Company’s stock symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) has also been changed. The Company’s new stock symbol on the TSXV is “ELC”. The name change was approved by shareholders, the board of directors and the TSXV. The Company did not undertake a change of business or consolidation of capital in conjunction with the change of corporate name. The new ISIN for the Company’s listed shares is CA2907371058 and the new CUSIP is 290737105.
The Company is focused on the identification and development of undervalued mineral resource projects in North America. The Company currently holds interests in exploration projects in the Northwest Territories and Saskatchewan and maintains a strong balance sheet, with current working capital of $8 Million.
